Pro Global announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 19 June 2014 at the offices of DLA Piper, 3 Noble Street, London EC2V 7EE were duly passed.

Retirement of Director

The Board would also like to express its wholehearted thanks to Anthony Hamilton, who retires from the board today after a decade of service as an independent non-executive director, for his enduring contribution.
