People been saying that for 3 years. Mark Bolster hasn't even filed the paper work to go current. On top of that it would be illegal to share stockholder information to some but not others regardless of an NDA

Covid or the Sri Lanka Government can't stop STHC from becoming current. Mark Bolster is the CEO of STHC and all he has to do is file the proper paperwork and pay the fees and STHC is current. Its been 4 years and he still hasn't done it. Mark Bolster lists himself as the CEO of STHC so why does it take 4 years do file some documents? Feels scammy to me.

Not sure if anything will ever move forward with this turd. Yes, Covid slowed things then came issues with the government in Sri Lanka, all macro situations which couldn't be helped. However, I think they should let shareholders deserve to be updated regardless. We've heard zero from Mark about any progress with the merger or if they even intend to do lithium mining in Sri Lanka. Incompetent management kills ever business and in my opinion it's time to let some grownups and new blood manage STHC. As far as I am concerned this will be a tax write off next year for me. GL

Why is STHC sharing Ameca logo? They aren't merged and technically they have nothing to do with each other. Is this an SEC violation? I asked Mark in hopes it moves him along.

As long as STHC is in the expert market and Americans don't have access to it we won't see a price surge. You can not buy "At the Market" in the expert market so right now seller sets the price and buyers must meet them so the price fluctuations are not a true value of the share price.


I will give it this, seeing buys and sells is promising. At least there is some movement.

400k volume is not going to do anything. We will not have any volume surges or real price changes until Mark tells us something.
