Company did not file 10Q IN intime after filing NT102 on 05/15/2024. Are they going to file OTCQB Certification? This was a OTCQB stock till Nov 2022.

We haven't seen GEN1, GEN2, GEN3 cards but we now have GEN 4 which we haven't seen either.. I'm guessing sometime soon we will see the announcement of GEN 5 and like all the previous GENS we will never see that one either...
