Wonder who has been buying this lately, two of the highest volume days ever have been in the last several days...?? I dont see anything happening, Phoenixus AG and all its subs have filed for BK and are selling off their assets. There are no company officers left here, Anne Kirby resigned and Robert Stubblefield is now the new CFO of Lottery.Com. The 10Q is quite late and they will be banished to Expert, unless they file in time, within the next 30 - 60 days I believe.
The volume is interesting but buying also seems pretty dangerous as well.

Saw in the latest Q Phoenixus has filed for bankruptcy.
NOTE 9. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On May 9, 2023, Phoenixus and its subsidiaries Vyera, Oakrum Pharma, LLC, SevenScore Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Dermelix Biotherapeutics, LLC, and Orpha Labs AG filed petitions for relief under subchapter V of chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (such petitions, collectively, the “Phoenixus Bankruptcy”). The Company is presently evaluating the potential impact of the Phoenixus Bankruptcy on the Company, including the potential impact on the Shared Services Agreements and the 2021 Note. The Phoenixus Bankruptcy may also require or otherwise eventuate in a future sale of a portion or all of the Common Stock held by Phoenixus. However, given that filings for the Phoenixus Bankruptcy were only recently made, the potential impact of the Phoenixus Bankruptcy on the Company is uncertain.

I saw in the latest Q FINRA is not letting them change the name of the company to Rovida Therapeutics, does not sound like there is any recourse left either.......any merger or acquisition would likely be blocked by FINRA as well.....not many options left here but to sell this or give up on it completely.
On October 21, 2021, the Company submitted a Company Related Action Notification in accordance with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Rule 6490 in connection with a proposed change of the Company’s name to “Rovida Therapeutics, Inc.,” the redomicile of the Company from Nevada to Delaware and a change in the Company’s ticker symbol (the “Corporate Actions”). The Corporate Actions have been approved by the board of directors of the Company and by Phoenixus as the holder of majority of the outstanding shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of the Company (the “Common Stock”). The Company’s application for FINRA approval of the Corporate Actions was denied by FINRA’s Department of Market Operations due to Phoenixus’s former association with Martin Shkreli as disclosed in the Company’s 2021 Form 10-K. The Company appealed FINRA’s determination to a subcommittee of FINRA’s Uniform Practice Code Committee, and on July 28, 2022, the Company’s appeal was denied by such subcommittee. As a result, the Corporate Actions will not be implemented, and given the appeal decision, the Company anticipates that it will take no further action on the Corporate Actions at this time.

I thought this would move after cytodyn gets clearance on the hold.
cytodyn stock is up from under .50 to over .75 in less than 30 days because as I think people believe the new Pres will clear a path forward for cytodyn
You seem to follow cytodyn closer than I do even though I also own that stock, some boards get to busy with no relevant info, I get the impression they are working the HIV thing in other countries that are not completely bought off by BigPharma to shut any HIV drug down in USA.
I also think that cytodyn will start pushing other uses more now with a little cash they have, will issue more shares to pay off samsaung or give them some ownership, either way working on a deal with samsung should be looked at positively. Even though I dont think samsung wants ownership as that may conflict with other drug companies they do work for, also assuming samsung runs into this situation all the time so they will just negotiate good terms for the debt.
unfortunately we have seen this takes time because the previous cytodyn management blew too many opportunities
Agree, keeping a clean shell with knowledge and contacts in the medical industry, with all the things going on in world with over-hyped or fake viruses should be good for regnum, should be more than a $5mil market cap

Good find, lots of those guys out there who invent or cure and then they go away because if it is real and works the big companies buy them off. We saw the scam BigPharma ran on the world with covid & the fake vax that doesnt work, they eliminated other drugs that worked like ivermectin, stopped and slowed ANY trials for covid cures (hundreds of companies had things to help covid never made it past phase 1 at the compromised fda), and they are still going strong after failed trial data and safety problems. Really amazing what a $ billion dollars can buy a company >> monopoly.
Auto and gas industry bought up all the patients and inventions of hydrogen engines and any other engine that did not run on gas. They wanted to keep cars running on gas to preserve the business. Funny how the fake green energy movement is pushing past the resistance gas companies are putting up.
Overall on regnum, they can last a long time as they have cash to survive over a year, can easily get more money if they need to really expand a project, if they continue to keep them pink current I believe they will use this shell for something as there are alot of other drugs in Europe/Israel/Australia that need a small entry company into USA.
CYDY should be able to push through their delays and get back on track, problem is how long will that take,
Now regnum only has 7 months left on that agreement so it will need to be renewed for a longer time. Because of the shorter time left I dont think regnum will invest alot into staff or marketing if they dont have a longer term agreement so they can see returns on their investments. Need to watch for this new agreement as this will tell if cydy is confident in their drug. From that they will provide regnum the inside info that it is real/works, otherwise regnum will not renew if the drug is not good.
downside is regnum parent/owner decides to let this current shell go dormant and write off the money invested. (I dont see this happening as a clean shell is easy to work with)

What is your summary of cytodyn this week?
I Noticed stock has moved up this week, to .50 today, has Cytodyn turned up for good, nothing else bad going on, will it last, maybe some other things have been resolved
I expect regnum knows there is a future so they are spending the money on this shell
Too few shares out there, they should do a hype and then sell some shares to get more people involved here

They can always resell it if it does not work out, to another company to be used in a reverse merger, just as Wookey did. Clean shells with this kind of share structure, with an extremely high insider ownership % will always have value. They have plenty of cash on hand to maintain their filings until they located a merger as well.
Even as an empty shell, with no prospects, its still well worth this price IMO, there are shells out there with FAR higher share structures than this, trading at much higher prices than this.

Liked the $1,500,000 loan from owner to support this project, shows commitment.
They could have bailed on this anytime if cydy didnt have anything. I assume they had some good meetings with cydy to have confidence to continue spending money on this project.
Another quarter of money and resources spent keeping this current.
Wish they would spend some money on PR to explain what the plan is however their probably waiting for the all clear at cydy. That stock will also take off when fda lifts the hold.
Only concern here is the lack of liquidity, # of shares, that may keep some bigger investors from buying in (which is probably good, less manipulation?). I believe they will create some news to drive price up and then do a stock offering to collect more funds to launch their plans.
Small companies like this seem to target $5 so that is my prediction for 2023, all assuming the cydy hold is lifted

Thanks, she seems to be fine now, hopefully it was just a one time thing.
I don't know if its the Shkreli connection, very well could be.......or just FINRA taking forever, I'm waiting on name/symbol change in another one of my stocks that's also taking an eternity.
If it is Shkreli holding up things, you would think once this happens, it will close the door on the whole Marty saga and the company can then move forward.
Mr. Shkreli’s equity interest in Phoenixus is presently in the process of being sold by a receiver in order to satisfy certain monetary damages owed by Mr. Shkreli arising out of such legal proceedings.

Yes, very serious, one second we were walking around Walmart just fine....and the next she collapsed and was unconscious for a couple minutes. By the time EMS and the fire dept got there, she was starting to feel better and was able to stand up and walk again but it was a very scary situation...... and there is no doubt in my mind it's a reaction from the booster, as the problems started at the same time.
We waited about 6 months after the vax came out to get it, honestly we didn't really want too but the fear mongering in the media was reaching epic proportions, showing people on their death beds, dying of COVID, crying 'I wish I would have got the vaccine'......so we finally broke down and got it.
Now were paying the price for it, literally, just the EMS response yesterday is going to be $650 and she was not even transported to the hospital.
Anyway, thanks for the info, I'm going look into this today about how to get the vax out of your system.

brother, if you are serious then that is very sad to hear, will pray for you both.
Look up on rumble.com everything to learn on side effects they are not telling people. substack also has some really good writers on what is happening in medical industry.
Also research how to re-build your immune system. re-build the cd8 t-cell response for yourself and wife to get rid of the vax in your system.
two yrs ago we had the Big Covid Drug rush, this year is going to be the big drug rush to correct all the side effects from the mass vax campaign. that is why pfizer is buying up heart companies and immune support drug companies. they have been creating a whole new customer base for the next problems.
mRNA drug can stay in some people's system for up to 12+ months so it is still working and causing problems, attaching or compromising the immune system. cydy drug will help if they can get it through trials, maybe they need to start a new path along with the hiv, to help protect the good t-cells for the immune system.
would like to see rgmp and their resources get active to help cydy

Oh, I know, my wife has been having major side effects from the Pfizer booster. She was fine for the first two shots but since the day of the booster has been very ill, some kind of immune response symptom, one that they don't tell you about, that apparently over 140K women have had.
She collapsed and passed out at Walmart yesterday, thankfully I caught her before she hit the ground.... and there happened to be a nurse shopping who was right there and called EMS for us, her pulse dropped to 40 bpm......very scary stuff as she has never fainted before in her life.
I'm not some anti-vax, tin foil hat wearing nutter either, but I can say for sure neither of us is getting that f*ckin jab again.

Just hired CFO for part time basis, spent alot of money last 12 months to get this current & keep it current, Annual Report shows they put more money into this, Maybe they like the cydy drug
my opinion it it shows they are going to at least try to make something here.
All efforts are based on cydy drug per annual report.
They know about drug hold up and still moving forward so that may indicate cydy believes the administrative hold may not last long,
One item to note is medical research is showing that some people who get the vax booster and continue with multiple booster shots, the more problems their immune system can have and potentially result in AIDS - acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Med Industry is working on this as result of mass vax campaign.
HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks cells that help the body fight infection, making a person more vulnerable to other infections and diseases.
I think this company will need to be ready and will move quick when cydy's hold is resolved because the medical community will need treatment for all the mass vax side effects that are coming

It's been suggested that the COMMERCIALIZATION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT and the SUPPLY AGREEMENT, both dated December 17, 2019, and both between Vyera Pharmaceuticals, LLC, and CytoDyn Inc. relate to the relationship of what constitutes control of CytoDyn's IP by Regnum through these agreements.
I'm not a contractual lawyer and these are pretty lengthy documents....any help from the crowd ?
