Hello SEC investigators. Thanks for stopping by. Here's an easy way to explain this scam to your Grand Jury:

1) Dr. Julian Kenyon (company founder, CMO, Co-Board Director, and convinced fraudster) along with CEO, James Nathanielsz have taken out millions in subprime debt (in the form of convertible notes) in order to fund their substantial salaries. This is also done because this company has generated 'zero' in sales/revenue since its inception over 17 years ago.
2) Propanc almost always intentionally defaults on this debt (as the note holder is aware), which triggers default events--thereby converting the notes into shares--triggering massive dilution. This is evident when comparing the implied share count to the float.
3) Because the note holder receives their shares at a heavily discounted rate, they are able to sell these shares at current market levels and make a substantial profit on the trade.
4) While such transaction is highly beneficial to the note holder and Propanc's above noted leadership team duo, it is detrimental to the non-note holding share holders.
5) Furthermore, because of the note holder's selling, the share price typically remains either stagnant or it falls. However, it cannot sustain price level increases--due to massive selling pressure.
6) In order to undo the dilution, Propanc has executed 4 reverse splits in the past 6 years, with the last RS occurring in May 2023. And yes, you read it correctly: 4 reverse splits in the past 6 years!
7) Just recently Julian Kenyon, the company's founder, CMO, and Co-Board Chair had his medical license revoked due to over 10 years of continuous medical malpractice to sick and vulnerable patients--see attachment below for detailed information.
8) This company remains alive and in business partly due to the promoters (aka pumpers) in this forum who are knowingly supporting this criminal enterprise.
9) Finally, I've attached a copy of the investigation from May 2024 conducted by England's Medical Practitioners Tribunal.

This is a company with a Caesar Share for voting! It’s 100 times worse than a single majority owned company. The Caesar Share May issue and re issue stick at a whim(or a press release) to themselves sell their stock, and then re issue more TO THEMSELVES. The ONLY reason why anyone would invest in such a company is IF the Caesar share owner had proved themselves TRUST WORTHY.

Remember; I only hold PPCB for a couple of days, a week at most. If it takes off while I am in great, if not then I lost a little bit of money. I dont hold PPCB, I learned my lesson from the reverse split in 2019-2020.

PPCB does have its runs but they usually dont sustain. I would love to be in when First in Human trials commence, if ever.

BTW, did you know that their CMO and founder, Dr. Kenyon, recently had his medical licensed suspended for committing medical fraud? He is the only medical doctor or PhD on staff and is 1 of only 3 employees along with the CEO, James Nathanielsz and his wife.

If you've invested since before the last RS than you're likely down >95% unless you've picked up some gains here and there via scalping. Either way, most here are delusional newbies as I'm sure you would agree. It's the dilution and the fact the the note holders (who receive discounted allocations due to intentional defaults from Propanc) can make money by selling at extremely low prices, so there's no incentive for them to care about current price levels.

Agreed! I've been trying to educate these guys, but they refuse to listen. Everyone here, except you, have been here since only after last years' RS. This is why they're so gullible. They'll learn their lesson after the upcoming RS.
