Like I said yesterday. When the FDA re-submission NEWS is Press Released it will most likely be one of those occasions when you'll either be IN or OUT. FWIW, I am not at all concerned about dilution. I am much more concerned about the extremely slow pace of development. They have spent 3 years talking about trials that they are not running. That is 3 years gone from 17 potential years of patent protection. That is much, much worse than selling
