NOVRF: effective Dec. 6,2023 Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Nova. Pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement each Nova shareholder will receive 0.360 of a common share of Metalla for each one Nova share held.

FINRA will delete the symbol.

This is a tough one as there isn't a whole lot of value to it presently. The value is in the future. It's a matter of getting from here to there, which will take an undetermined amount of time and money. Dilution is always on the table. It's just so dang hard to find any companies anymore that are actually turning a profit.
