Anyone else notice that on the otc site the short interest is now almost zero?

Also could just be a random holder getting impatient

I think they are from before because the form had a share amount of 2.5M rather than 5M if I recall correctly. So I think these are shares that were issued prior

I was thinking he might have other shares from before and the 5 million bought were put aside but who knows someone should email the company for some reassurances regarding this - since his name is attached to the Form144. If somone gets a response post it here.

He bought 5 million from the affiliate and is selling them himself???

Donald Steinberg, Board Director says “I feel that by purchasing shares from this affiliate will reduce the amount of shares being sold into the market each quarter which was having a negative effect on shareholder value. I intend to use these shares for necessary issuances to new people as they come on board to help the company move ahead”.

not sure what his intention is needs consistent news with a future event taking place this is part of the flattening out period before news and the company letting it move

he is a director so maybe there was a conflict of co helping him out thus forcing him to get some burger money on the open mkt??-tmonkey

Any timeframe on applying and approval. That would be 2 press releases that sould get some attention and a price bump

I wonder if the affiliate with 2 million shares left is planning to hold or sell. Get through that and when Robert Mucci brings in some grant money, should see that .15 again. Question, anyone know if the healthcare products (bandage, anti-bacterial, nutrient delivery) needs any type of FDA approval?

well, lets keep on the lookout for a L2 shift. Anything can happen right after. This is a long term play, however.

The CEO recently said sales of current products are still relatively slow...more products to come shortly...business concept unfolding with committment from all involved (see recent share buy back by director). Small conversion from resticted to unrestricted (and, thus, recent selling pressure on low volume) by previous (before Mushrooms merger) associated seems now under control

Yep. Escapes me with the business concept, products, sincere CEO, fantastic SS that there is no influx of investment at these triple rock bottom prices

Introducing Robert Mucci, MPA

Robert Mucci, the newest consultant brought on to Mushrooms Inc for the pursuit of grants and other alternative funding, is a 1973 graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science concentration in Natural Resources. He received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah in 1983. Mr. Mucci has worked in the public and private sector at a variety of positions including working as a Public Utilities Economist for the Department of Energy and working for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Utah. He has owned businesses with his wife and formally worked for SSA Marine Terminals.

Mr. Mucci has been a Business Counselor and Analyst with Apex Accelerators (formerly the Arizona Procurement Technical Assistance Center) for over 7 years covering Southern Arizona. He is considered a subject matter expert for Small Business Innovative Research grants, Department of Defense grants and Federal procurement solicitations. He has assisted clients with Federal procurement questions, bid preparation, SBIR and STTR applications with a past history of success in clients receiving Phase I and II awards of over $8.5 million dollars.

Mushroom, Inc has put out their June newsletter. Appears that they brought on Robert Mucci, MPA to go after grant money and have some in the works.

Just a gut feeling I don't think he sold any, but yea id rather not speculate on if he did or not. Either way we have a strong group here

Will pay off in the long run. I'm optimistic we will hear news that the patent is approved by year end. Probably more developments before then. You're in the right place but this will take some time to come to fruition
