On August 28, 2018, the Board of Directors elected Charles Toepfer
as the new CEO and Director. Whereas, the Board received and
accepted a letter of resignation from Robert Bryan (from the
position of Director and Chief Executive Officer) to allow for
the appointments of new Officers and Directors.

On November 2, 2021, the Board of Directors elected and
appointed Thanikasalam Perumal Sundreson, Jon Bianco, and
Myron Goins directors of the Company. Also on
November 2, 2021, Thanikasalam Perumal Sundreson was
elected and appointed President, Jon Bianco was elected and
appointed Senior Vice President, and Myron Goins as Secretary,
Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer

I was never a holder but still have the ticker in my favorites to see what if anything comes of it. Change of control tickers are all I play these days.

In this process, the company has named a new President, William Smart. so that's not new.

The other guy is more confusing .....

CFO Patrick Thomas has resigned his position effective September 15, 2011. The Company will be naming his replacement and electing New Board Members in the near future.

Instead, he's now filling a bunch of roles. But how can he be "sole officer" if Smart is still President?

KGRI (423,286,629 shares FIXED Low OS and 560,000,000 shares FIXED Low AS) should explode to $6.1128 based on its OTC peer's MV at peak! The only thing the company needs to do is to Up-List this Hidden Gem to the OTC Pink-Sheet Market like what happened to another OTC peer (such as AFFL: Only 24,554,116 shares FIXED Super Tiny OS and 250,000,000 shares FIXED Small AS, it was Upgraded to the OTC Pink-Sheet Market from the Same Expert-Market in June of 2023)!

Buying its OTC peer (FCCN) at Record-High $41.3 = buying KGRI at $6.1128 = buying AFFL at $105.3768 v.s. KGRI at $0.000001 now and AFFL at $0.0399 currently, LOL!

That means that KGRI could potentially run a 6112800-Bagger Giant Rally from $0.000001 v.s. AFFL could potentially run a 2641.023-Bagger Giant Rally from $0.0399!

LOL, even buying that peer at 07/12/2024-high $5.15 = buying KGRI at $0.7623 = buying AFFL at $13.1402 v.s. KGRI at $0.000001 now and AFFL at $0.0399 currently!

Which means that KGRI could run a Easy 762300-Bagger Giant & Quick Rally v.s. AFFL could run a Easy 329.33-Bagger Giant & Quick Rally!

So, both KGRI and AFFL are Super Undervalued now!

KGRI is also at Hyper Oversold status based on its recent high $0.0015 and AFFL is at Hyper Oversold status as well based on its Record-High $6.00!

Note, the recent high of KGRI was $0.0015 and the recent high of AFFL was $0.089!

Note, on Feb 10, 2021: the high of KGRI was 0.0015 and the low was 0.0009 with only 56,117,459 shares of the maximal trading volume.

Um, KGRI has a PPS with FIVE ZEROS in it.
This garbage is not worth pumping.
Then again, most stocks on the scam OTC are not worth pumping.
Given that fact, it seems to happen anyway.
Makes me shake my head.

The definition of a dead stock is one trading on the Expert Market where no MM is willing to make a market for the security and the only "trades" that go through are at $.000001 when shareholders have their broker remove shares from their accounts as a "worthless security".

That's KGRI.

No one willing to buy at $.0001 is a clear indication that this stock is going nowhere. And no comparison to any so-called "peer" stock means anything.

560,000,000 shares of the FIXED Tiny AS entitles KGRI to hit Multiple Dollars based on its peer's Market Value at peaks...

For example, the peer (SSH*) did hit $450,604,239.3 Market Value just a few months ago!

Go back and look at the chart since 2011. That should be enough to dissuade anyone from playing and new bullshit that might get pumped about this ticker.

Btw, you need to reconcile at some point the conflicting info between what Delaware SOS indicates is the A/S and what OTC Markets show was the A/S in 2020. They could be providing wrong data. Pacific isn't their transfer agent anymore, btw.

A company can't just lower the A/S to less than what the O/S is without doing a R/S, you know. And they haven't done one in awhile.

It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. And that's $.0001 a share. Which values the ticker at $377,934. And that's only because the sp can't show lower than $.0001. If it were to do a R/S the sp would be able to decline further than it already has, lowering the "value" further.

Obviously, people understand this and is why we're seeing shares dumped out of accounts at $.000001. And thankfully no one is falling for the nonsense being put forth of a dead ticker on the Expert Market being worth over a billion dollars.

You're totally wrong! Before June 2, 2022 its OTC peer (BRLL) had exactly the same OTC-tier as KGRI which is a Expert-Market OTC stock! Now BRLL is a regular Pink-Sheet OTC stock just like another OTC peer (PBHG)! Therefore BRLL jumped to 0.054 last week from as low as 0.0010! That is 54-Bagger Giant rally! And the same performance will drive this Hidden Gem (KGRI) to 0.0054 which is 3.6 Times of its recent high 0.0015! In fact, PBHG did run 55-Bagger to 0.0055 from the Same Bottom 0.0001!

So, once KGRI is Upgraded to the Pink-Sheet it will Quickly explode to Multiple Pennies at least with mere less than 560M shares of the FIXED Tiny OS count...

It's not just your calculation that was in error. It's your entire premise. KGRI has no "peers" other than other $.0001 dead tickers that have no promise for the foreseeable future. What other tickers do have no bearing on anything with KGRI.

Also the chart was wrong because that is for its Pink-Sheet peer PBHG, not for KGRI.

Last I looked, KGRI was trading between $.0001 and $.000001. With no realistic expectations that anything will ever change, either.
