They just put the brakes on HI&RU and will naked short all the Ask slaps with vapor shares till they can bring it down to cover over the next few weeks.
Just like in here. They know a few weeks with out news and it's going down. Retail OTC players have a retention span of a gold fish.
I would not doubt $IGPK is short to the tune of 25-60m shares that need to be covered.
25-60m that could have taken out a few prices on the Ask.
Most OTCs that get high volume and attention will get this treatment
