(OTC Pink: GDAR) today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent dated November 30, 2013 to acquire Office VP, Inc. ("OFFICEVP"), a 10 year history private technology based Marking Corporation with office in Austin, Texas, with forecasted revenues in excess of $7.6 million and profit expectations of $4.7 million in 2014 and doubling in 2015.
