It has to be a perfect match. Your sell at .07 has to be met with a buy at 07 for same amount of shares. If you have an all or nothing ask it had to be perfect match.

And somehow, my sell order at .07 didn't fill....strange.

That was part of why sec suspended it. Apparently the Form 15 was incorrectly granted a while back when it shouldn’t of been. So they revoked it.

Read the SEC suspension notice. It’s in there.
