I still don't know what you are talking about. I just put in a 100K order at .001. The order was accepted and it is showing on level II. This stock can be freely purchased on the open market.

DTC chill means no open orders to purchase. Shares will not settle electronically. Firms take liquidating orders. Market makers may be buying for their own account at this point and not customer orders since no new orders can be made.

Shooting from the hip my answer would be hype, but that is based on what I suspected with Frack CEO, it proved correct, minions of track pumped, the Chinese making appearances in Chicago phone calls including from me where Crack just said "soon" his venture was designed to take money from hopeful people fueled by pampers. Even boxed it in and bragged about it, It a shell venture with what substance? His other shell had high hopes, same minions "oh I have a direct line to the CEO" one said. Yes, BRTE is on fire today! Up 43% so far! Still at the joke low 0.0010 now! It should test its most recent high 0.0059 again with the right Slapping volumes...

I was shocked to see BRTE ever surged to 0.0059 over two months ago! Now it has already bounced 180% to 0.0007 from 0.00025 so far! Will it hit 0.0059 again in the coming days/weeks?
