The Company announced on September 23, 2020 that it had completed a debt restructuring of Hudson
Greenland which resulted in a disposition of a controlling interest of 68.9% of the subsidiary, of which it held a
100% interest prior to that date. Hudson Greenland also completed a concurrent US$10 million convertible
debenture financing (see note 1 and note 12) to ensure sufficient working capital to allow the White Mountain
Project to get back into commercial operation

Diamonds, REE's and Calcium Feldspar in Greenland. Maybe Hudson will reveal some good news soon? HUDRF was up more than 60% today. Pending off-take agreement ?$

Definitely not a scam .... HUDRF has 100% control of a very large carbonatite complex. ~ 13 km X 8 km (~ 8 miles X 5 miles ) Neodymium, Niobium, etc.
For patient investors; buy on the dips, then average down and hold ... for the long term.
Plenty of good info available about HUDRF.

No posts in over a year...did this become yet another scam? I see the posts and buying stopped when they terminated theirrelationship with that pr firm. Some things never change down here in minerville.

I picked up interest from a teaser ad trying to get me to subscribe to an investor letter by telling me the name of the
two Greenland miners who will change the face of the rare earth
world.
Just doing some math if they have 1.51% of 14.1M tons of neodymium valued at say $50/lb that comes to a value of over $30,000 per share. The question is can they get the stuff out of the ground and sold with the $18 million they have or will they have to sell shares to raise enough capital to accomplish this. If they sell shares how much will they get diluted. The results look far away but this may be a time to get in and start acumulating for a three year time horizon. Because of the strategic importance of the rare earths I think this project will have impetus from western nations. Because there will be no earnings for quite a while the stock price will fluctuate on speculative supply and demand. I bought a few shares today.

Nice buy! I bought back in around that price on the dip, but have added 13,000 shares today at $1.43 and $1.36.
I fully expect this to be above $2.00 next week. The drill results were great and we get more news in 9 days!

I got 17000 @ $1.09 a while back and haven't paid to much attention to it. Good to see things picking up. GLTA

This is an important benefit of our project as neodymium is the key driver in the rare earth industry. We are also looking forward to receiving the remaining assays from the Phase Two drill program, which cover several high priority targets at the ST19 and ST24 zones. These results are expected to be released within the next 10 days."

I added 10K at 1.43. This is $2.00+ end of next week. (1.36 ask looks nice right now)

China Resumes Rare Earth Shipments...
Hence the haircut in the prices across the board today in the sector.

I'm out at $1.39 for a small loss. Too bad, because if China didn't resume today we most certainly would have broken out into a new high $1.59+.

Still a nice promo piece going around regarding this company, and drill results are due next week I believe. I just think unfortunately this will be dragged down a little with the entire sector. I still believe this is perhaps the most undervalued Rare Earth play in the market.

I will be watching EXTREMELY closely at the price action and may end up chasing this one...

edit: Don't be surprised if China halts shipments once again after the sector cools...I'm sure they have investors making money on these decisions...big time. Again, I will be watching HUDRF extremely closely as I know I'll buy back in at one point.

I just searched for Hudson on this site and was very surprised to see this board on here.

I Thank you for starting it.

I got in HUDRF @ 0.90 almost a year ago it seems. It fell into the 0.60s for awhile and I just lost interest in it. I was very surprised when I looked at my E trade account and saw this thing moving.

I bought into this because of their ownership of the property. I also liked the fact that they had what seemed to be a plan for it. All this came about at the same time China was talking about getting into REE's very heavy. It just looked too good to pass up.

I don't look at it very often because all my stocks are down and, it is depressing.

Anyway, this is exciting. Just wanted to say HI...

Gapping $1.44x$1.47. I thought this was a bit over heated for the moment, but I bet they run this to $2.00 and keep the price over that for 20 days so that those warrants kick in...

Market Cap is only $80M compared to GDLNF's $250M+! We own 100% of one of the best rare earth fields in Greenland! I think this one has lagged behind the other plays simply because it wasn't available on the US Exchange until October 13th!

I'm glad to have found this and gotten in yesterday at $1.44! I expect us to run hard, very, very soon! Probably gap above $1.50s on Monday.

Looks like the Greenland Rare Earth Co's could see their rise continue today.
GDLNF is already gapping from .90 to .97x.98.
I expect HUDRF to have a nice follow through as well!
Wish I had waited a little longer yesterday before entering, but things look good for today so far.

Curious to see how these open up. I think yesterday and perhaps a little of today may be the small correction people were looking for. A move to new Highs next week IMO, possibly later today. Metals are actually strengthening as I type.

Yes, they did, but I like HUDRF as we were not even at the 52 Week High and the market cap was just $80M!

I heard that, but these plays needed to cool off a bit after the recent spikes...good buying opp presenting....IMO.

I'm in for 12,500. Still have 2000 left in to buy at 1.43 and 2500 left to buy at 1.44.

The market value is only $80M here and we are still $0.16 away from the 52 week high of $1.59. All other Rare Mineral Stocks have surged into new highs and I suspect HUDRF to carry forward and set a new high VERY shortly!
This will start getting some attention from the GDLNF crew soon enough, as both have properties in Greenland.
