I would think so.SEC. rules are all intertwined and can get convoluted. I posted all this back several years ago when pspw was heading south but there wasn't any discussion after that. there were other rules / regs that pertained at the time as I recall. Anyway I , like yourself think timing your wagon to one star is a dangerous move. CHOI though us that years ago but the lesson seems to of not stuck…. Someday Pete?

That’s great info. Thanks. I always figured we’d some sign other than one reliable poster’s consistent confidence. It’s looking more like this year PSPW as a viable shell has finally been abandoned. I hope I’m wrong about that.

Guys. FINRA doesn’t let issuers do corporate actions if they’re delinquent in their reports. It doesn’t matter that they’re a voluntary filer instead of mandatory, they’re still missing seven audited 10-Ks for the periods ending 3/31. Trust me, this is my business, it’s why the shell market has been so difficult and totally re-priced over the last several years. If there’s a filing gap, FINRA declines to process, citing one of the deficiency determinations in their Rule 6490. Plus we would see the name change at Nevada way before it was effectuated by FINRA. There’s lots of public “signals” to look for when a stock comes back to life. Unfortunately, there are no signals here yet other than them keeping it alive at Nevada so that I can’t file for control in court and make use of the shell for my clients.

Personally, I also support that they do a symbol change first before they resume trading and move to big board. Just hope all the pieces will come together very very soon. Go, PSPW !!!!!!!!

China just started a new round of crazy bull market since 2015 after the government released a huge stimulus package last week. Climbing for five consecutive days, the Chinese market jumped more than 22%. Just hope our PSPW rocket will be ignited very very soon. Go, PSPW !!!!!!!!

I can wait another 1-2 years. Only then should a new PSPW start at least with $2 per share and Falaknaz should not dilute the shares of the old PSPW shareholders. Let's see what the future brings.
