Hello future123, I am one of those who occasionally write about Falaknaz, saying that despite their millions, they have not been able to build up their renewable energy company for years. When Falaknaz took over the company, I invested €125,000 over the years to buy shares. These €125,000 are now a total loss. I am mainly angry with Falaknaz because they do not give their shareholders any information about what they actually plan to do with PSPW in the future. Only through your research and that of others in this forum has the hope been raised that perhaps all is not lost.
So if I am angry about Falaknaz from time to time, then I am not angry with you. I would never write anything bad about you either. Your lines are often the only glimmer of hope. So please do more research for us and let us know what you find out. For me, hope will only die when we shareholders are informed that the company PSPW no longer exists and is no longer listed on Nasdaq. So please do not withdraw from this forum. Have nice days.

Hello, here I am once again, I was reading some posts in which my person is referred to and I want to explain it one last time.
I have the amount of shares that I always wanted to have in PSPW, today I would like to have more.
I have shared almost everything I have found out, to many here by email where the dates, recipients, etc. appear. And those are not assumptions... THEY ARE FACTS.
I have also stated that no gratitude from any of you is necessary. I do it for me, and I share it, the effort is to make 2 more clicks.
Can anyone really think that I am inflating the action? A stock that cannot be bought or sold?
What kind of insult to intelligence is that?
I know very well what is happening, how and why this delay is being verified. And I don't ask you to believe me, some have seen it with their own eyes. Falaknaz pays to this day all the work that is being done and it is not a little money that is coming out of his pockets. But that is a topic I am not willing to discuss.
I share what I find because that's who I am, really, and I don't want my words to sound bad to you, I don't care what you do with your investments, but in the best sense I'm saying it, I don't care.
Yes, I would like it to go well for all of us, as I believe and am convinced that it will. Because? Well I'm not going to prove anything anymore...
Killing the messenger has never been good policy.
In the last days of last year and the first days of this year we were very, very close to hearing news. But it became complicated once again, now they continue working to make the structure that Falaknaz has compatible with the legal and financial requirements dictated by the laws of the United States.
Don't believe this either...
Understand this, I don't need any thanks and I won't need them either.
I will not make any further comments about this action in this forum.
I thank the forum for the possibility of having found what I would call great friends, they know who they are and we are in contact daily.
I have shared a lot of material, much of it based on real events... I have many more... Of course, you can safely believe it.
Greetings to all.

I totally understand the frustration and sometimes even anger of many long holders here. Frankly speaking, during this long journey with PSPW , I also had times giving up and quit. Just want to share some of my humble opinions and my experience with PSPW. Back in early 2011, I first time bought a small chunk of shares of this stock, and then accumulated more shares all the way until the merger news in May. Unfortunately, I missed the chance to sell my shares at the high price point because at that time I trusted someone's hype saying that the price would go a lot higher than $5. Later, I sold half of my shares at a small loss because of some bad news. Then in 2015 I sold all of my shares due to the termination news of the Shala project. Then one year later, I started to buy this stock again with the project renewal news. From 2016 to 2018, I keep accumulating shares and established a good chunk of shares which is much more than in 2011 and holding until now. I admit this is a long and rocky journey for all of us loyal longs. But why I still believe we will end up with very good result is not only because of Future's continuing hardworking DD, it is mainly the reason that I think Billionaires will use this shell for the best of their interest and benefits. We all know that market only follows the big money. And I also want to say that Future's DD is mostly factual and we should appreciate his hardworking. I don't think he is hyping, because no need to hype and no reason to hype during this no news and quiet time, especially we are in this "expert market" and most of us can't buy any shares. Lastly, I just wish we will soon get through this long hard time and welcome our long deserved big reward. Have a great weekend, everyone. Go, PSPW !!!!!!

Hello buddy, if I can buy shares like you, I would be very happy to accumulate a lot more shares maybe like one million. Actually, I don't want to sell any of my shares, it's just for the concern of our loyal longs here for no trades for 30 days. Please do us a favor, I will sell my 1000 shares to you just for $7 to cover the commission fee, so raise your bid to 0.007 and take my shares please. We all will be really appreciated.

The same risks still apply as they did when it went to Expert in 2021 - if no shares are traded for 12 months, FINRA deletes the symbol for inactivity. It can be reinstated, but the company would have to show they are still an active company first.
As far as the “30 days no trades” thing, that was an etrade policy that would liquidate holders of securities in Expert if there wasn’t any trading activity for 30 days. But most of the OTC has basically been dead with no volume for so long now that anyone who had this stock in an etrade account probably already got liquidated.
The other potential risk, although very minimal, is if the SEC changes course and decides they can revoke voluntary filers for delinquency. So far in 3 years, they’ve only gone after the true delinquent reporting companies and not “333” voluntary reporters.
