announced today the appointment of six practice leaders as part of
the transformation of its consulting business. The Company is
refocusing and repositioning its current services, and building a
premier global consulting organization to provide strategic and
operational advice to its clients and target markets. Thomas Group
will focus on market leading issues and address client needs in six
practice areas: Aerospace and Defense, Air Force, Army / Navy,
Healthcare, Industrial, and Transportation and Logistics. �Each new
member of the team brings strong consulting practice-building
skills, entrepreneurial capabilities and deep industry knowledge to

Aerospace and Defense Mark Ozenick is responsible for leading the
Company�s efforts in developing and providing client solutions for
Thomas Group clientele in the Aerospace and Defense and Private
Equity markets. Ozenick is an accomplished senior executive and
leader possessing a diverse and multi-disciplined background in
general management, operations, sales and marketing. His experience
spans 30 years in start-up, existing enterprise, pre & post
merger/acquisition and turnaround operations in the business
aviation flight services and aerospace manufacturing sectors. Air
Force Thad Wolfe, Lieutenant General, USAF (ret), is the Practice
Leader for the United States Air Force. He leverages Thomas Group�s
knowledge and experience on a global basis for managing all
USAF-related business development, support, and service delivery.
Wolfe spent 31 years in the US Air Force serving in operational
command and staff positions including assignments as Squadron and
Wing Commander, Strategic Warfare Center Commander, and the Deputy
Director responsible for National Strategic Target List development
on the Joint Strategic Targeting Planning Staff. He was the senior
military officer in the Operations Directorate at the National
Security Agency and Vice Commander of the Air Combat Command where
he completed active duty service as a Lieutenant General. Army /
Navy Tom Zych has twelve years of combined implementation, program,
and practice management experience with Thomas Group. He manages
successful multi-million dollar projects spanning a wide range of
operational and industry platforms, including U.S. Department of
Defense, General Motors, Robert Bosch, Meritor Heavy Vehicle
Systems, and Cyprus Amax Minerals. His expertise in operations
management provides clients with solutions that add measurable
value to their businesses, and that create a sustainable business
advantage. Healthcare Eric Labe has over 20 years of senior
management experience. Labe is considered an expert and knowledge
leader in healthcare operational improvement. As Practice Leader
his responsibilities include overseeing intellectual development,
and delivery of implementation programs, including the creation and
institutionalization of complete value chain solutions for clients.
He has spent considerable time in the field on a number of
assignments including managing assessments, architectures, and
implementations for multiple companies. Industrial Trent Humphries
is an experienced engagement manager, specializing in corporate
transformations that include strategy to near term profit
improvement to organizational development. He has functional
experience in corporate and business unit strategy, process design,
change management, and leadership development. He focuses on
strategic business transformation initiatives, designing and
implementing programs that effectively and affordably transform
Global 2000 companies through business-case driven approaches. He
has helped clients create a sustainable business advantage by
implementing innovative solutions. Transportation & Logistics
John Nussrallah is responsible for business development and account
management to the global transportation market. Nussrallah has 30
years of experience in the transportation industry with expertise
in sales, marketing, and manufacturing strategies that optimize
performance; and start-up, turnaround and diversification of
