In this role, Ozenick will be responsible for business development and account management to the U.S. private equity market. Most recently Ozenick served as chief operating officer of Elite Aviation LLC in Van Nuys, California. Prior to Elite Aviation, he was founder, president and CEO of HeliFlite Shares, LLC, a leading provider of large cabin, all weather helicopter transportation services. Additionally, Ozenick has held executive management positions with American Eurocopter, Dyncorp International, Lucas Industries PLC, and LTV Aerospace and Defense. Ozenick brings 30 years of experience in the aviation flight services and aerospace manufacturing industries with expertise in start-up, mergers/acquisitions, and turnaround operations.
