State National Companies, Inc. Description

State National Companies Inc operates in the United States financial services sector. It is one of the leading providers of non-life insurance products across the United States market. Its business is split into two divisions; Program services and Lender services. The majority of income is generated from the premium and commission earned through the lender services. The Lender services are provided in the form of collateral protection insurance, which insures personal automobiles held as collateral for loans made by credit unions, banks and specialty finance companies. The company's Program Services segment generates income, in the form of ceding fees, by offering issuing carrier capacity to general agents who sell, control, and administer books of the insurance business.
