On January 11, 2021, Rubius Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) provided an operational update and outlined its 2021 objectives, which the Company will be presenting at the 39^th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference during the week of January 11, 2021 (the “J.P. Morgan Conference”). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
