      Under a dollar today? Once it does it will stay there until the reverse split. Bagai taking 800k a year out of this company a year is ridiculous ... that does not include shares he sells creatively. Why does he deserve all that money a year? What does he do for it? What about all the other clowns they are paying? Lol.. They will do most likely at 1 for 20 or so.... but with this new dilution to pay their salaries it might be bigger. Then it will sell down until one day they have a big spike that only they know about and then it will sell back down.. just like all the other biostock share selling companies out there. The spike wont help any current shareholder or new because 1 for 20 wipes those investors out. Run!

      Think Shaun played hard ball and decided to go the offering (after lying about not needing one to see phase III out) and reverse split route to show them? Lol.. what does he care.. he get's free shares. Reverse split does not hurt the insiders... they just get more free shares. Wipes out all the investors they mislead. Why with all the positive talk and possible catalyst going forward does no one want any? This offering is a wipe out... will force under a dollar and reverse split. They are just following the how to script of selling stock.

      Ironically, lately the only stock that has been going up is $NVDA. Quite the conundrum you've put yourself in. Hey, I've left this place a few times, I get it.
      You seem like a decent sort, but your word is all we can judge you on here.

      but i stick to my word. In fact, if it's higher than even $100 by year end, i'll delete all of my accounts from every board. I'm sure some people will be thrilled with that :)

      BTW, as far as penny stocks go, RNXT ain't the worst. It's actually trying to bust through resistance on increased trading volume. Which means, either someone is working a pump and dump, or this has a shot to go to $2.30 or so (currently $1.30). Almost worth the gamble....not for me, but for others I guess.

      Today's news is a very bad sign for the company. Now they are trying to cover there butts for patent claims and procedures. The few years i owned this pos I was told by multiple people in the business that RNXT is not the only company do this procedure. Now they are trying to cell devices without the proper patents in place. This is the only reason for today's pr. Why else would they put this out today? Also phase III results are pushed out again? Why...lol... was going to be middle of 2024.. than 4th qtr of 2024. Then 1st qtr of 2025... now first half of 2025...lol This is a pos joke of a company who's business is selling shares... it is so thinly traded that they will finally give up and this will dump towards a quarter. Where it will reverse split and start the vague bs pumping all over again.
