- Software Product Lab in Bangalore, India Will Participate in the Development of the Next Generation Loyalty Management Suite

Ness Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSTC and TASE: NSTC), a global provider of information technology solutions and services, announced today that its Software Product LabsSM business unit has been selected by Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH to extend its software product engineering capability. Loyalty Partner Solutions will utilize Ness Software Product Labs' global development center in Bangalore to build the next generation of its Loyalty Management Suite (LMS). Loyalty Partner Solutions expects to invest up to $6 million with Ness over the three year engagement.

"We are pleased to partner with Ness Software Product Labs as we relaunch our Loyalty Management Suite and new programs for our customers," said Andreas Berninger, Managing Director of Loyalty Partner Solutions. "Our software development partner has to be very professional, flexible, quality orientated and provide scalable qualified resources to meet our timelines. Ness seems to be the right choice. We look forward to a long and successful partnership with them." Loyalty Partner Solutions, a subsidiary of Loyalty Partner, is Europe's leading provider of loyalty program management solutions to the retail, travel and transportation industries. The company provides the technology behind Payback, Europe's largest loyalty and bonus program, and the loyalty programs of Deutsche Bahn AG, Germany's national railway company, as well as one of the largest European airlines.

For the development of LMS, Ness Software Product Labs will leverage its Adaptive Agile framework for distributed teams. LMS is a flexible software platform that helps its clients successfully develop and operate customer loyalty programs. The modular system maps the full chain of customer loyalty activities - from administering the card and account logic to managing redemption processes and conducting marketing campaigns. LMS can be integrated into any existing IT landscape. The team will use Ness' SmartCollaborate platform to enable effective collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.

"Loyalty Partner Solutions is established as a leading provider of loyalty programs in the travel segment, a key focus area for Ness Software Product Labs," said Holly Ripley-Boyd, President, Ness Software Product Labs. "We are pleased to partner with Loyalty Partner Solutions on their global software development initiatives as they bring their new suite to market and expand their market opportunity."
