If we uplist it will be because the green bond money came in and it will be a SELF UNDERWRITTEN UP LIST without an accompanying offering. There will be no pressure on the stock after an RS so it should trade very well. We have excellent advisors and counsel that we trust.

He's had a year and a half and there's been no progress. There's been a whole lot of planned releases and hopeful remarks, but it's just 1.5/2 years of fluff and that's all it will be.
