Isn't it amazing that when a short seller discloses a position in the stock, the company immediately complains to the SEC about potential market manipulation?

I was trying to find some information on how it would affect the stock of a current publicly traded company. Do they divide the current outstanding shares into four groups? Obviously they're not going to go through an IPO for all of those. I'm also wondering if this was the purpose of the recent SEC filing schedule 3 to consolidate everything so it could be divided.

Any thoughts on the article from today regarding separately managed accounts? Here is a small snip from the article. It appears they will be looking for companies across various Industries which fit into the sma's for investment.

I was researching truth social last week before deciding to purchase a small position. Trump has been interested in Newsmax as far back as 2020. The fact that they just went public may leave them open to acquisition. Prior to running for office the first time his intention was not to win but to build a media Empire. Newsmax definitely fits in with that plan.
