Consolidated Revenues for the three-month period ended July 31, 2004 were $10,988,159, a 5.43% decrease over prior year revenues of $11,619,589. Gross profit decreased by $877,303 to $2,745,525 over the same period. As a percentage of revenues, gross profit decreased from 31.18% to 24.99%.
