haha ok, so apparently I am HGILS's lawyer so i find myself obligated to explain at this point that he is purposely exaggerating the buyout price at this point as an open rebellion to the naysayers claiming BS like 12 cents incoming. Its exaggerating in the other direction which I think is fair and

I want the ceo do mergers and moneyization of minerals with the cash.  The ceo buying shares is a non event and not the best use of capital. There are legal fees and many other costs related to the mergers and funding that need to be paid off. This is a start up company that had to protect the cash.

Companies get almost a 20% return on buying

products needed from Mexico or

Canada before tariffs start...

Buying a years worth of products needed

and taking delivery in February would

have been done by the smart companies...
