I know what the public shell (corporation) won’t be called, it won’t be called HUMBL, Inc. It will be called “XYZ Holding Co” or whatever Thiago decides to name it. Maybe FinCapital, Inc. This will all be determined soon enough. Have your popcorn ready.

And none of that stops anyone from making a generic version, even if patent is granted, which is a big if. By all accounts the pre-2022 version performed just as well with equal or better outcomes.
