Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 17 February 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 125,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 35.12p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 29,187,792 Ordinary Shares.
