Also the 15c2-11 should go through sometime soon. They have just been waiting on FINRA. This will allow solicited quotes, it should tighten up the spread and enable buying for any of the remaining brokers that can't buy KRTL (for example IBKR).

I may make money on this after all. When this dropped to .003 and below I averaged down to just under a penny. Even if I bought more at $6.00 that would be .004 pre splt. May do it.
