      In the mean time Holman stole all the assets from HCMC and put them into this spin off company called HCWC. Gave himself all the money left in HCMC in the form of preferred shares. To add real insult to injury and economic criminal activity to us the shareholders by destroying what little we had left, with a massive R/S, in fact the largest in OTC history. Some on this board have called this evil crook, generous.
