Really Jeffrey? Why didn't you do it with HCMC. You had the exact same assets in HCMC. You lied about the 5 million dollar buy back. You refused to do anything that actually would benefit the shareholders. retiring the majority of the shares with the buy back and simply retiring all the other billions of authorized shares and HCMC would have had an instant increase in share price benefitting HCMC shareholders and attracting other potential investors to HCMC as they saw shareholder value increasing. Instead what you did was take $12,000,000 cash out of HCMC just before you stole the assets from HCMC and transferred them to HCWC which in just 2 weeks has the share price lose 80% of its value. Why did you need HCWC in the first place if everything was looking so positive. You always talk about Gross margins but fail to mention net profits.
