Of course.. depends what your definition of 'run' is... .0003-.001 is doable but when you have billions of free shares to convert and can completely wipe out a bid in 1 or 2 blocks, it doesnt really scream "buy me" material. Of course you can make money, but at what expense? The looming Novus Group (Joseph Wade) conversion is always in play now, where years ago it was not.

There are plenty of other BTC plays out there with alot less corrupt insiders, who actually have something going for them other than "Hey we got more miners, hashrate blahblah key words blah blah" while also giving away 500m company shares to an individual no one knows anything about or why VTXB did it, while also converting billions of shares in 1 year and dumping them all in one or 2 days. Look at the filings(conversion dates) and look at chart volume, its very telling what is happening.

I made the money during the 21-22 .06 run... and I only did so because the shares structure allowed that move to happen with 100m OS. Its now 27x that amount and 1 person is holding it back when it does get volume. ONE. Good luck with endless conversions and endless dumping.

Many years ago I was a big penny player. I made a lot of coin for myself and many of my friends. I had an extensive email list. My biggest call was SRSR.
Going forward, I received a hot tip on some new shell plays. The common thread was Joseph Wade Mezey buying Davis Cutler shells, Then I realized all he was out to do was scamming people! Wade has dumped a few billion here on the marks.
Yes Wade cost me thousands. So did a few other CEO's. One whose office I sat in while he claimed no RS> then three in 18 months.
I do hate OTC scammer to the nth degree. The same for some of the pumpers here who I was friendly with at one time. But then when I started doing real DD and calling out scams, most abandoned me. Some to this day give me tips which fires up my adrenalin.

AS raises, OS raises, Class C shares converted, 500m shares given for 'services rendered" to some unknown fellow, even though you dont know why. They never have to do anything else here put out PRS and print converted free shares to dumb retail for as long as they buy the ask and fill the bid on the dump. ATM forever, with endless Class C shares.

Surf calls scam on "Players in the OTC space that he initially invested into, that eventually burned him and his money at some point in his trading career". You'll find that on almost every board here in OTC. His are very select. Odds are if youre in one of those stocks, the individual is corrupt and he has backing evidence to show you.

And in this instance for Joseph Wade Mezzy, his history, his associates, company filings, his criminal charges, his conversions... the evidence is thick and sick.

Its a wonder why even after a year+ they cant even tell their own Transfer Agent that the AS needs to be changed to 9billion, and reflected on OTCM. Now if the AS is wrong, would it be safe to assume the OS is wrong too? Just wait for the 120M+ issuance every month from Novus converting Class C shares. Novus Group was a company set up by Joseph Wade Mezey and Matt Billington many years ago under 1PM industries.. The main purpose was to get cheap shares in companies, like this one and then dump and pocket the money. He and his coconspirators set up companies to run scams Matt may also be benefitting from this one.

Novus is not a lender. Joseph Wade owns the stock. Todd Higley-CEO doesnt have to do anything for the company but exist on paper, sign his name on filings, issue the same PR over and over and issue stock. Thats it.

They have operated on crowd funding S1s and Reg A offerings. I dont think they had one promissory note since Higley took over in 2016-17.

Ask yourself, what did Novus Group ever do for the company to be issued a toxic amount of shares in the form of preferred's Series C ? Joseph Waded Mezey has been scamming since at least 2008! He was given a cease and desist from California then. He was subsequently disbarred by NY.
He knows that if he gives a MM a big block to dump they will dump on both sides. I have seen it happen too many times in the OTC and I have seen Wade do it many times also!
Please note that as of the last filing there were : 6,032,400 preferred sharers out which convert at 25,000 to 1!

The best thing that has been happening here is since the split the SAT prices per transaction have lowered tremendously, but they are mining half of what was already low mining capabilities. They have some that bring in .007825. That would great if ALL were that much because that would be a quarter of a Bitcoin monthly and half it were twice daily

They have other microcap crypto plays that don't even post their wallet and trade higher. They make way more bold claims, but selling the FOMO has worked

The stock cannot turn with Novus group(Wade) owning 150 BILLION shares of Class C preferred.
Not to mention Brian McClain they gave 575 million shares to for no reason, those will likely become unrestricted in September. So Im guessing this is when the next dump will be coming aka "VTXB has increased its hash rate and mining capabilities" like the last 3 years straight.

Once this hit trips, it was over for long term shareholders. Especially ones who bought .01-06 BEFORE Novus(Wade) was diluting in 2021-22. I made bank. No one can make bank here now. The toxic spiral is initiated, and its not even a lender, its THE OWNER OF VTXB youre giving your money to with endless shares.... endless AS raises. There are lots of CEO's to stay away from and this for sure one of them, especially once they start converting. All stocks can make money but once this happens, its 1% chance it gets back to previous levels without an RS. Its the hard truth. Go give your money to stocks who have no promissory notes, and not outrageous preferred's to insiders, youll be much more inclined to make some amazing returns.
