I think float is whats held at dtc. 50 million. It wont change right now its where the Chinese left it.

If I listened to you, I would have been sitting for months/yesrs holding a stagnant moldy bag waiting on some limp pecker merger that nobody knows anything about and may not even happen. I have 800k. I know you're not a fan but if it ends up being CaroGen I will dump every other asset in my portfolio and chase as many shares as I can get. It's these kinds of biotech that can run hard.
