Maybe we will all find out soon enough. I am not sharing anything on this board other than she did want to interview the Doctors at Life Span in Prov, Rhode Island after I sent here this clip:

along with other critical information regarding where DCVax is now vs. when the did the original piece 10 years ago. Lets see what happens.

I think people are missing a very important point about today’s 8K. Inspections is the at the very end of the application process. They are not scheduled until the application has been completely vetted as a final sign off. MHRA will not schedule them, as there’s a cost related to them, until they are certain that the application has been thoroughly analyzed. I did not know that until I just received an email that said “YES” from a friend of mine with much more knowledge of this process than me. One word was the extent of this email. I am not saying or predicting that we are close to approval, as we are dealing with a government entity and NWBO, but the 8K is amazing news for those who know more about this process than me.

Good luck to all the long time shareholders

Regarding specific information received by the company, as promised, NWBO filed an 8K informing the public that they were notified by the MHRA that inspections both in the UK and US are SCHEDULED and the company is preparing for those inspections.now that inspections have been scheduled, they can make a more informed decision regarding timelines.

Cheers,

BB

Not for you LC, I have shared these emails with others though. You dont deserve anything and contribute nothing to this board. You have a right to be bearish on NWBO, just as I do to be bullish, but when you flat-out lie and distort facts to fit a false narrative you will get nothing from me.

Would you buy a car, on the sole basis that the salesman said that it had no defects ?

What vator is saying > Independent Company that verifies data, not NWBO. In your comparison above, much like a CarFax that is in between the you and salesman, verifying the car you are about to buy has no "defects" or accidents. The data has already been verified by a independent company. You claims of a external investigation of the MAA are fabrications in your own mind and flat out lies. As I have stated many times, I have 3 emails from the MHRA FOIA Team stating the NWBO MAA is under NO investigation whatsoever.

You truly are a liar and also have zero idea how any of this works.

I see no reason that FlaskWorks couldn't either be used by others in making non-competitive personalized products,
You do understand that there are other closed, automated, cellular manufacturing systems already on the market?

There are even ones that have produced commercial DC vaccines.

Flaskworks is just something that would allow Advent to save the cost of having to buy those systems.

Once they establish a dominant position with both DCVax's, I see no reason that FlaskWorks couldn't either be used by others in making non-competitive personalized products, or be spun off as a separate company with all NWBO shareholders receiving shares.

I believe that it could have, but you need to understand that DNDN's drug didn't have nearly the potential of DCVAX-L. The question may have been that if DNDN earned enough to stay in business, could they have developed a product similar to DCVAX-L.

That's not the version I read when I saw it posted. I don't have the post, but I recall it was well in advance, but FINRA was not cooperative.

and when they tried to get the halt last minute- It was denied.

Excuse me for being cynical, when silver was being run up by activist traders, let's call them, halts were placed multiple times, and lifted for selling not buying. Same with the meme stock circus. Plus, there's so much public data and information, save for next level high intelligence, that show documented criminality rise to levels that normies, who have yet to be exposed, and in most cases are unprepared to handle.

Amazing concept and tech if it works out. I guess this team is yet another group of professionals unaware of DCVAX-L's breakthrough. Eye rolls.

Although prior evidence implies that DCs can fight GBM, researchers have not yet found a reliable way to get them past the BBB and into the tumour. Seems consistent : From Microsoft Bing -- Criticisms of FINRA (Financial Industry National Regulatory Authority) include:

Not doing enough to protect investors
Repeat offenders among brokers committing misconduct
Inherent conflict of interest due to industry ties
Concerns about effectiveness of self-regulation

Karlchen - That's fine and good, but when LP first committed herself personally and financially by choosing to make dcvax her life's work, did that include lawlessness, as part and parcel of that deal? She put her life and money, and basically her a** on line, way back then. Hate ought to be directed towards where it begs to be, at the criminals. Those who woke up every day, and it's a gigantic net at that, thinking, what can we do today, that we failed to do yesterday to kill the company. But there's a huge divide in the moral majority in which case, when greed is involved, they lose all perspective, and in this case, looking at the wrong party, who deserve every penny. Why, because they, not the MM's gave me the opportunity to participate.

Today is 150 days from March 7. If we use that as the validation date (my belief), we should be ~60 days from a decision. Again, like others have mentioned, these are just loose guidelines and the MHRA hasn't always been the best at hitting their targets.

2B_unknown - We heard from the Danish Dude two days ago, that the SEC Limited/Recommended for Custodian Banks and other US Banks and therefore Nordnet to buy and sell shares of NWBO to retailers. Moreover, Nordnet didn't know what was going on when asked? He was alarmed and wanted shareholders and NWBO to know, and step in if, say, Danish Citizens find themselves forced to sell, or not able to buy.

As for my statement to close my post, here's what the expression means from Google:
“Something is rotten in the state of Denmark” is a line from William Shakespeare's Hamlet that appears in Act I, scene 4, when Marcellus, a palace soldier, and Horatio debate whether to follow Hamlet and the ghost into the night. The line is used to describe corruption or a situation that is wrong, and in this case, it refers to political corruption at all levels of Danish society. Marcellus compares Denmark to a fish that stinks from the head down, suggesting that something is amiss at the top. The line also refers to the ghost as a symptom of Denmark's rottenness, and to the connection between a ruler's moral legitimacy and the health of the state.[quote/]

Unfortunately, it was released at a scientific conference with no PR from the company until after the fact.
It was NWBO's data so NWBO's decision when to publicly release.

NWBO could have disclosed summary TLD and still presented the full presentation at NYAS. Every organization like this understands that public companies have compliance issues they must abide by.,

It is also the case that the national exchanges enforce news trading halts by request of the company. But NWBO does not want to abide by governance rules that would be required for a national listing, so they are OTC.

The fact that NWBO does not want to abide by the rules respected companies abide by is also the reason Denmark Banks and Merryl Lynch do not allow customers to trade it. They do not want to the hastle of dealing with crap stocks.

As always, it is never NWBO's fault. Shue.

Dan88 - Let's hope so! The Harrington case is in discovery, and NWBO is next in line. It might appear inconsequential, but in the Harrington case B of A is being sued. It's a Goliath corporation like JP Morgan, which lost its case for spoofing. The MM's in the NWBO case, although significant for their immense electronic trading volume, represent a class of companies headed mostly by their founders, if I'm not mistaken. These kinds of business structures are ripe for a opportunistic reg skirting relationships, and the ability to keep them compartmentized. In the B of A and JPM case, it was easier to contain the fallout to specific traders and punitive damages, while the higher ups were shielded.
However, with Citadel, Canacord et al, it's quite different imo. You'll find the top brass fully engaged in the business, and the extent of their potential corruption covered-up using any means possible.

Sorry to say that, but you're right!
concerning dilution:
" . . . . . it does effectively cheapen the return of your overall investment when you decide to sell. The management has does a poor job for maintaining a reasonable value of the security"
well, while i am o.k. with management in general but: they compensated it "nicely" with that sheer amount of shares they added to themselves. (hate it)

Just because a skeptic is repetitive doesn't mean they're wrong.

>>In 2000, 2001, and 2005, Markopolos alerted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of his views, supplying supporting documents, but each time the SEC ignored him or gave his evidence only a cursory investigation.[

>>No One Would Listen is the thrilling story of how the Harry Markopolos, a little-known number cruncher from a Boston equity derivatives firm, and his investigative team uncovered Bernie Madoff's scam years before it made headlines, and how they desperately tried to warn the government, the industry, and the financial press.
Page by page, Markopolos details his pursuit of the greatest financial criminal in history, and reveals the massive fraud, governmental incompetence, and criminal collusion that has changed thousands of lives forever-as well as the world's financial system.
The only book to tell the story of Madoff's scam and the SEC's failings by those who saw both first hand Describes how Madoff was enabled by investors and fiduciaries alike Discusses how the SEC missed the red flags raised by Markopolos
Despite repeated written and verbal warnings to the SEC by Harry Markopolos, Bernie Madoff was allowed to continue his operations. No One Would Listen paints a vivid portrait of Markopolos and his determined team of financial sleuths, and what impact Madoff's scam will have on financial markets and regulation for decades to come.

Agree not a hard and fast rule. There's also a lot of disagreement from when the clock started but I think most believe it was Jan 24th. Also disagreement on 60 day clock off which would move goal to 210 days.
If 210 then there are 210 days between Jan 24, 2024 (Wednesday) and Aug 20, 2024 (Tuesday) including both days.
And August 20 is coming quick.

I do every day. You post only one thing every day. It wears people out and that is the whole point of your posting here the same thing every day. It’s garbage and yes, shorts use some truth to bolster arguments. That is the nature of misinformation and disinformation, otherwise known as propaganda.

The shares are going to be volatile as well in an environment of higher and rising rates and when there is no news, previous to an up or down decision. But your incessant posting and non-disclosure is all about increasing that volatility.

“ No problem for me as I am not anxious to flip my shares”

I am not as well but the longer this has gone on the lower the share price. When the company finances by selling “C” shares they will get less money for the same amount of shares if trading at 30 cents vs 85 cents or a higher price. So it does effectively cheapen the return of your overall investment when you decide to sell. The management has does a poor job for maintaining a reasonable value of the security.
