It is a “Cultural Partnership”, just a Colaboración!!! There’s no Financial mixed up or any Supernova PPS on this. Clearly, very creative move to survive but that’s more smoke than anything else when it comes to shareholders interest. No relation to PPS, in fact it kept crashing
