Any Bounce from here mut be considered another DEAD CAT BOUNCE as the string of them has shown.
There is no technical reason for a sustained move up save the O/S condition the stock is in.
A bounce if any meets with stiff resistance up to and particularly at $1.00..... which level is not expected.
The optimists will tell you otherwise. But they'll not be able to show solid reasoning for their position.

Can't be stopped no matter who is elected. Choice in the US is currently limited. Hm, that's when PORTHOS CCUS will be operational. So, interpretation, no later than 2026 (let's say end of) over $100 per share. So, a $1,000 investment at these levels is worth over $152,000 in less than 3 years! That's a pretty good return. Revenue is on track to exceed $200M in 2025, by how much is the question? I reported the post and I see it has been removed. It simply said, in all caps, “Jason Few must die!” There was nothing else in the post other than that. My “congratulations” was sarcasm.

Peter Lynch, widely followed investor and analysts has a trusted formula for valuing stocks. He values FCEL as less then ZERO; that is it has negative worth. His formula includes the financials and all the fundamentals.
That means its overvalued at $.61 cents and would still be overvalued if the stock was a penny.
HOGWASH needs an education in valuing a stock.

Wow. Such a constructive post. Do you understand that the stock was about $0.26/share AFTER 2 1:12 reverse splits when he took over and Chip Battone was fired? We can’t control manipulative shorts. Look at what the stock has done since announcing the $160 million dollar contract about a month ago. This stock is being heavily manipulated right now. What we meed to do is get Roaring Kitty from Reddit to tell his followers to go “all in”. Next thong you know, we’ll be over $20 if he does.

Reality, Facts!! Yes the share price is currently 61 cents, fact. The companies intellectual property has immeasurable value, But it certainly worth something. The company's cash and assets outweigh the debt for sure but I'm on the road and I'm not going to do the math. They just sat one contract for $160M. They have approximately $63M per year and recurring revenue over approximately 15 years through generation with approximately 40% margins. S&L contracts Are a decent percentage of the $1+B backlog also at about 40% gross margins. Current market cap is just over $300M. Does that make any sense at all? If it does, educate all of us Then consult your physician!!!

To summarize, Nikola sold 40 hydrogen FCEV trucks in Q1, 72 in Q2. Not much yet, but a start, and showing very positive momentum. Following is a chart of Tesla's growth through 2022. Hopefully Nikola will follow a similar trend.

I can't imagine there's not going to be at least a few minutes discussion about our trigeneration technology.

Anyone thinking the world is going to be run completely by clean energy anytime in the near future is insane. Anyone who thinks we're not going to end up running on strictly clean Energy at some point in the next 50 years is just as insane. I'm not saying all fossil fuels are completely going to go away. I think at some level fossil fuels are going to need be a necessity but The extraction and utilization is going to be much much cleaner. The transition is not just beginning it's been in process for years. It's just now beginning to pick up more momentum and already has global acceptance.

Follow up on previous Mission Hydrogen webinar post by David Wenger, Mission Hydrogen GmbH, based in Germany (for context).

The Japanese word for “Future” is “Mirai” – and that’s also the name of the current Toyota fuel cell vehicle. I’ve had one for three years. Last week, I handed it back to the Toyota dealer because the leasing contract had expired.

It’s time to say “Goodbye Mirai” or “Goodbye Future.” The “Future” is now history.

Here are a few thoughts on my experience (also available on https://www.linkedin.com/posts/dawenger_mirai-future-toyota-activity-7213583238533918724-AaTZ)

- The reliability of the car was 100%. No issues at all. That's certainly good news.

- I have done 44,859 km over three years. Not very much, but still. It was used for my daily trips to the office, but also to customer meetings etc. - everyday scenarios. It worked well.

- My team used it as well whenever they needed a car.

- The refueling station nearby (some 7 min from home and some 10 min from the office) was very helpful. I only remember one situation when it was not operational, but it did not really matter that day.

- Other refueling stations I have used regularly where the ones in Switzerland and some other stations in the south of Germany. No big deal, everything was fine (with a few exceptions, but no major problems).

- I have never done a 1,000+ km trip or so. I try to avoid that anyway, but even more with such a car.

- The typical consumption was 1.1 kg per 100 km, and the hydrogen price in Germany is € 15.75 including 19% VAT. Yes, that's expensive, but the main problem is that nobody is making any money along the value chain. That's a big problem.

- The only real complaints I got were from my kids. I have three kids, and the Mirai is certainly not suitable for a family. If young kids complain about missing legroom in a car it's certainly time to think about the overall vehicle concept.

- My own "WTF" typically came when I tried to transport goods of any kind. Sorry my friends at Toyota, but the trunk is a disaster. I think a cargo bike would do a better job. No matter how much you like the hydrogen experience: this is a no go.

- The second "WTF" was about the UX and the map. I don't know who designed it, but Toyota is lightyears behind Tesla and other OEMs.

- The third "WTF" was about the range indicator. I was told it's very conservative to be on the safe side. I can understand that, but why don't you tell me "you have 1.2 kg H2 left" somewhere? That would give me the opportunity to do my own math if necessary. If you tell me that I have 50 km left (with an unknown 70 km of safety margin)...not what I need.

And to answer the most important question again: I had the car to get real life experience - and talk about it. I am not one of those PowerPoint heroes, and I don't want to rely on Google research. I want first hand experience in everything I do. Mission accomplished.

While my project has come to an end, Toyota is still pushing forward, especially on the heavy duty side.
