How about quoting the whole statement?
NOTE B - GOING CONCERN MATTERS The accompanying statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. As shown in the accompanying consolidated financial statements, as of March 31, 2024, the Company incurred accumulated losses of approximately $44,000,000. The Companyβs current liabilities exceeded its current assets by approximately $20,000,000 as of March 31, 2024. The Company has undergone significant transformation in 2023 refocusing its business, disposing certain businesses, acquiring Datron Worldwide Communications, and receiving a significant sales order from the DoD. While these factors among others may indicate that the Company will be unable to continue as a going concern, management is confident that business performance in 2024 will ensure the Company is an ongoing growth business for the foreseeable future.

A couple of years ago Cyberlux was viewed as the darling of the OTC: Proprietary lighting technology, drone manufacturing, potential suitors from the government and military sectors--the sky appeared to be the limit. But then the roof fell in due in a large part to lax oversight and the CEO\CFO not documenting things properly for the authorities. Not long after that came the empty promises by Mark D. Schmidt to keep shareholders apprised of events as they occurred via monthly updates. Gradually those petered out and vanished like snowflakes in an inkwell--kind of like Moon Market. (Anyone know whatever became of HIM?) Anyway, here we are...with disgruntled shareholders threatening to smoke Schmidt out with a class action suit which may also include Brett Rosen. Favorable court actions won't atone for the incompetence that cost many of us a metric ton of money much less reimburse anyone for what they've lost--and if recent corporate history is any guide, the fine Mark Schmidt will be required to pay will likely be written off as a cost of transacting business when the taxes come due. I don't know when or if this company will ever achieve the success once forecast for it by Mr. Rosen and the pie-in-the-sky types who post in various forums, bur I wish everyone here good luck with this stock...I'm done...

Russia has increased the production of drones and is ahead of Ukraine in terms of their quantity and quality, retired General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos said in an interview with ex-Rada deputy Borislav Bereza.
βWe see that a huge number of (Ukrainian - editor's note) drones that arrive at the front quite often do not fulfill their tasks, because Russian electronic warfare is powerful and Russian drones are more powerful. As for their ability to counter Ukrainian electronic warfare - here Itβs not just a question of quantity, but of quality and flexibility,β he noted.
According to Krivonos, the process of improving Ukrainian devices is hampered by unprofessionalism and bureaucracy, while Russian industry has switched to powerful streaming production. According to the general, Russia launches approximately 1,200 drones in just one day."
βThis is a serious indicator. Letβs remember that six months ago it was at the level of 200, 150, then this figure began to grow, now it is already growing quite powerfully,β the officer stated.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that the production of unmanned aerial vehicles in Russia was not well developed before the start of the special operation, but during the hostilities the gap was overcome. According to him, the Russian defense industry has passed the test of a special operation.

Where we are now:
Given the 18 months of the CE and the almost 10 weeks since the CYBL Attorney's letter of 4/4 asking the OTC to remove the CE, a very dark cloud still hangs over the stock and every negative post gets some traction because there's nothing verifiable and substantial to counter it.
So our fate here, as always, rests with the CE label and its possible removal. Will Schmidt, the CEO, come though for the common shareholders? Who knows?
