Have you listened to any of the conference calls? Larry is the one responsible for the success here and in the field everyday working on new franchises and meeting prospective franchisees. Again sucks you feel jaded by previous companies but that has zero to do with Hollywood. This is as solid a play at current price in all the pinks period. I can’t find another even close to this situation as it sits today.

You seem to think that Larry Twombly built this to where it is today. Other than Larry starting the first couple of locations, the current management team and majority shareholders have taken Hollywood to where it seems to be headed. Twombly may have started the first couple of locations but, whereas he promised the V Group shareholders that Hollywood was to be an incubation company established through VGID, instead it appears that he sold Hollywood to the current management people for his own personal gain and screwed the VGID shareholders. It's not surprising considering his history of lies. Larry screws up everything that he attempts. The two past incubation company dividends that we received were mishandled because he didn't have qualified people handling the transactions. The last stock dividend for Suntex Enterprises is still being restricted because of ineptitude. We've been waiting over two years to be able to trade the shares. At any rate, I'm hoping that current management of Hollywood continues to grow the company and doesn't actually rely on Larry for anything other than (I actually can't think of anything that they should rely on him for). The main thing I hope for is that current management is well protected from Twombly.

My point is that Larry doesn't seem to have any involvement in this company now except for possibly record keeping. He lied to the VGID shareholders and seems to have sold Hollywood for his own gain. I'm only saying that I hope the people running this company have protected themselves in case they need to change "business consultants." Larry will be very vindictive if they ever try to push him out when they don't need his business acumen (and I use that term lightly, considering his past experience with all his other "ventures"). I have bought a substantial number of shares of Hollywood and it appears that the current management is on the ball in their positioning for the future. My only real concern is any affiliation with Larry Twombly.

Ahh so you were in $VGI$ which hasn’t had any involvement with this stand alone in years. Thats a previous situation that is what it is I did not own that other company. AAGC is in middle of being audited as we speak here now. We will get an update if presume soon. What I have seen here is Larry has built this from nothing to something that is working and working well and we are about to see how well. Most companies fail to get off the ground down here in the OTC pinks. All I know is what I see in filings and stores being opened around the country. Shares being bought back and continued franchisees being brought on board. Until I see a fundamental breakdown in the business or something comes out of left field I am 100% on board with this company. To date we have seen so many positives that it’s hard to refute our current reality. If you are buried on that other stock the win will be to offset that with the profit on this side. That strategy will save you on taxes on this profit when it goes and it’s close imo. GL either way!!

Buzzy doesn't appear to be an insider stock holder. He may own some shares from the open market. However, he is listed as being a "business consultant." I'm not sure I'd want him involved in any way, shape or form. Remember what he did to Fernhill Beverage. I hope the insiders have all access to the books and records for Hollywood and have competent accounting people taking care of the financials. I also hope they have outside auditors doing the annual financial statements. Remember, Hollywood stock was supposed to be given to the shareholders of V Group. Appears the only one who made out in that deal was Larry Twombly. I didn't get any ownership in Hollywood other than what I've bought on the open market, did you?

100% I’m thinking that’s exactly what we will see and confirmed future trajectory. I know he said something about Texas for next month for another group opening locations. We will wait and see but I don’t foresee see any quarters upcoming that won’t show growth imo. This is the basement on this one and we should realistically be in copper. We will be in due time…

$AAGC If they do end up showing real growth now when posted mid June it’s gonna show a precedent of future trajectory for the company. The profitability is there now and will only grow. People laughed at 50k-100k in revenue then said that this was washed up. No future Then $500k mark folks start to take notice then we hit the $million mark folks will start to understand. Qtr after qtr of growth the sky is the limit. I think that is what the new filing will show or close. He has finally found his stride. The future is bright on this play folks just need to pay attention. This MC is laughable down here and imagine when the market correction takes place at just a few x’s earnings! I think many are finally starting to see. Logically looking at this sitting at very bottom of the channel reviewing the facts and history of filings will anyone really think it goes lower? Like really? No way imo this thing is just getting started. The bonus is no RS and share buy backs happening monthly. Working to become fully audited and that update is forthcoming. He has already had interest in a buy out. He stated not ready for that anytime soon. When that happens we will be so well rewarded I can’t even wait to see how that will shake out. This is the best setup at current price period in the OTC. I have asked a hundred times for someone to show me something similar or better and not once has anyone brought forward a stock that is better. Many others are tradable of course but not long term 💎 that has the potential this one will have. GLTA and happy trading!

Hopefully Tuesday. It’s up to their legal review and how long that actually takes. I’ll be happy if it’s posted by end of next week. Depending on what’s in the filing, I may sell off other tickers and put more into AAGC. Once the audit comes out, it will be hard getting shares.

Looking forward to it. I’m not expecting incredible performance just yet since they’re just ramping up, but it should be good. Next year is when the revenues start flooding in. We should be over .10 cents this time next year.
