And years past the co proposed a crypto sideline. But not aligned in any way to core biz so discontinued.

IN April they report almost $600k record revenues. And nothing produced. on the KGKG website Clark claimed another record $1.3 million in revenues and $133k in profits last month I think it was selling LuLu Lemon which he no longer makes or sells . All a bunch of nonsense. Nothing but shenanigans. No truth whatsoever and the crazy thing the stock is still trading. Some still believe Clark is ethical. Updating my post. I just saw that Justthefax caught the HighDrate on the website as well. I actually liked this product the best. Not a fan though of them adding THC and making it a sparkling water. If it is an add-on product, then fine. But keep the water and flavors. Even develop a line without the hemp and THC as an additional product. Damn the previous management. Ridiculous how they goofed up such a promising company.

But this is NOT clear from releases, as it is not clear what product lines attends LLC and INC, and which mgt leaves or stays.

It is also not clear given the last round of dilution and the daily rounds of hundreds of millions offered at .0004/5…which suggests a company valued under 2mm.

There should be something the NEW (if) mgt can share to clarify what was sold, and what remains.
