CRCW - Need a catalyst to get this moving.

I’m with you. I had to buy more. Especially looking at the upcoming catalysts in the market. I couldn’t resist.

CRCW - Grabbed a few more at $0.001 today. I am ready for an update from the company regarding the plan forward. I might be willing to buy another 5-10 million shares if this thing has reason to push to $0.005 or higher. For now, I will sit and wait with my shares, which were bought between $0.0010 and $0.0014.

I don't have a paid account on iHub. The short term catalyst is the NV Supreme Court Case against GS Capital where the company is suing for the return of 320 million shares plus other expenses and damages. The long term catalyst is the company has the patents for equities trading by use of blockchain. If the markets want to adopt and incorporate blockchain into equities trading then the sky is the limit. The CEO is older and is kind of a one man band so my hope is that there comes a buyout from a larger form with more resources to either roll out the platform or legally put it in a drawer to prevent the market from adopting it. Either way, we make big money. My sell or hold strategy depends on the variables at play. I believe the court case may cause a dramatic short squeeze like scenario if we win. Good luck.

CRCW - Correct. Currently only what is held at the DTC appears to be what is electronically tradable.

So even thought they have increased the authorized shares to 19B, rest of the shares/volume is not for trading?

CRCW - Depends on news and filings. I grabbed a few shares between $0.001 and $0.0014. Would love to see it press back into the $0.005 range, pullback, then find support in the $0.0035 range.

20B is the cap for low floats. We want to stay below 20 billion shares.

19B shares still makes us a Low Float stock. It will still run. Now, if he adds billions more I would be concerned.

Well that's a kick in the nuts appreciate you pointing that out since I didn't personally read filing myself due to laziness I suppose. Not willing taking the chance of a crap ton of shares eventually flooding the market. Been there done that one time to many so I will make the appropriate exit and preserve whatever capital I have left. Regardless this has been an underwhelming ticker anyways pretty much stuck in the mud

Usually that's a bullish filing. However, they just increased authorized to 19 billion. So, regardless... shareholders should expect massive share dilution and reverse split thereafters. Corporate suicide IMO...
