I've owned Silver bullion for a long time, and bought alot of it when the Canadian Dollar was at par with the USD ... so Silver has had a nice lift for me as the Canadian Dollar has dropped in value against the USD, and the spot price has also risen in value .

Why did you expect any guidance other than what was in the 10K. The company has said repeatedly that it will not comment on the application until there is a decision. That was said in the 10K.
