Nope I didn't move there from Winter Haven fl. until 1983 in which by that time he made it big and probably had his mansion somewhere in Encino ca by then. My parents moved back there about 3 years ago and bought a house on 1.3 acres and would be about 1.5 m here where I live lol.. but they bought it a little less than half that price since so much cheaper for houses there, will be traveling their end of Dec.

Well one good thing about it taking longer than we hoped is I'm getting close to 3 m shares small buy yesterday 39400 or whatever, but also took a small position in the other Pb,s stock Fri... vci.. had some left over for small buy here mon..
Only somewhat famous person I kind of knew was Vernon Maxwell went same school and I was friends with a guy he grew up with so a few times we would go to the UF campus and bring beer to his dorm when he played for gators basketball b4 Houston rockets aka Mad Max lol...

You and many of my friends are still holding onto this stock, and I truly believe it will pay off. There are too many positive factors in play, and the new board directors bring a wealth of experience. They’ve joined the board because of Morison's strong reputation. Securing five million dollars in funding for this stock without dilution is nearly unheard of in the pink sheet market. Plus, there are many catalysts yet to be announced. Once the share exchange happens, I think we’ll all be very pleased with our investment here.

Yes, the S1 are needed. They need to expedite this process as it should have been completed by now. It's getting very close, and I'll wait for the outcome. There are too many things they need to tell us. I anticipate a significant amount of news to be announced following the S-1 IMHO:))
