The Company announces the issue of 312,500 ordinary shares as part payment of
professional fees in relation to the acquisition of Mobile Tornado International
Limited.

Application has been made for the ordinary shares issued to the professional
advisor to be admitted to trading on AIM on 21 April 2006.
