Tricorn, the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, announces that it has been notified that, following the sale of a total of 325,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 17 December 2010 and 23 December 2010, Joe Grimmond is now interested in 1,476,956 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.59 per cent. of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
