Notifiable Interest

The Board of IDOX announces it received notification today from Dresdner
Kleinwort Wasserstein Ltd ("Dresdner") that they had sold 500,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company on 16th February 2004 representing 0.33% of the
issued share capital. Subsequent to this sale of shares, Dresdner held 5,680,833
ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.67% of the current issued share
capital.
