DORI MEDIA GROUP LAUNCHES 'REBELDE WAY' IN GERMANY WITH VIACOM'S MTV NETWORKS

Nadav Palti, President and CEO of Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the
international media company active in the production, distribution, broadcasting
and merchandising of Telenovela, announced that Yair Dori International GmbH
("YDI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of DMG, has signed an agreement with MTV
Networks GmbH & Co. OHG ("MTV Networks"), to broadcast the original series of
'Rebelde Way' in Germany. MTV Networks is part of the global media group Viacom
and operates 4 TV channels in Germany: MTV, VIVA, VIVA Plus and Nickelodeon.

MTV Networks has purchased all 139 episodes of the first season of 'Rebelde Way'
for screening in Germany at the price of US$ 2,500 per episode, representing a
total of US$ 347,500 which will be recognised as income in the first half of
2005.

MTV Networks has the option to purchase all 179 episodes of the second season of
'Rebelde Way' for US$ 4,000 per episode, which would, if exercised, amount to a
total of US$ 716,000 for the second season and a total of US$ 1,063,500 for both
season one and season two. Under the terms of the agreement, MTV Networks will
have to notify YDI of its decision within three months after the first
transmission of the first season of 'Rebelde Way' or on 31 December 2005,
whichever is the latest.

MTV Networks will dub 'Rebelde Way' in German language and broadcast the
Telenovela on one of its TV channels in Germany. From 1 January 2006, YDI and
MTV Networks will have the right to sell the dubbed version of the series to
additional channels in Germany and will split any revenues arising from these
sales equally between the two groups.

YDI and MTV Networks will sign two additional agreements before 31 July 2005
which relate to merchandising and music rights of 'Rebelde Way' for the
territory of Germany.

'Rebelde Way' has proven very popular with young audiences. 'Rebelde' was among
the highest rated programmes in Mexico on TV network Televisa. In March 2005,
Univision, the leading Spanish language TV network in the US - reaching 98% of
all US Hispanic television households - started broadcasting 'Rebelde'.

'Rebelde Way' is the story of four high school teenagers, studying in a
prestigious school of arts and trying to find their own way and values in the
bewildering world of teenage life. Although from totally different backgrounds,
they are united by their love of music. It is a fast-paced story touching on all
the issues of growing up, love, friendships, and everything in-between.

'Padre Coraje' winner of Argentina's 'Martin Fierro' Awards

'Padre Coraje', another of DMG's successful Telenovelas, was the big winner at
the 2004 'Martin Fierro' awards ceremony, held in Argentina on 19 June.

The telenovela won several awards including 'Best Telenovela', 'Best actor',
Best actress', 'Best supporting actors' and 'Best theme Song'. The TV series
also received the top honour of the ceremony, the 'Gold Martin Fierro Award',
which is given to the best program of the year, among all TV genres nominated.

The 'Martin Fierro' is Argentina's most prestigious awards ceremony in the Radio
and Television industry, and is the country's equivalent to the 'Golden Globes'
and 'Emmy Awards'.
