          Substantial Shareholder Notification
                            

The  Company  has  been informed that Mr Albert  Le  Blond
today  sold  5,677,320 ordinary shares of 5p each  in  the
Company  ("Ordinary  Shares")  at  a  price  of  107p  per
Ordinary  Share.  The 5,677,320 Ordinary Shares have  been
placed with institutional investors.

Following these transactions, Albert Le Blond now  has  an
interest  in 6,601,660 Ordinary Shares, representing  2.31
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
