Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
|
(b)
On May 22, 2019, Vystar Corporation executed a Patent Assignment to purchase the assets
of Fluid Energy, which consists primarily of U.S. and foreign rights to US Patent No. 7,897,121 and associated goodwill. The assets
were purchased effective May 22, 2019 for 2,500,000 shares of Common stock of Vystar Corporation (current approximate value of
$100,000).
FEC’s
technology harnesses sound energy in unique ways to destroy bacteria and viruses, improve water processing and irrigation, and
enhance chemical reactions. The agreement is attached as Exhibit 10.1 and the Press Release related to this matter is attached
as Exhibit 99.1
