Legends Business Group, Inc. Creates New Division and Hires Department Manager

CASSELBERRY, FL -- Larry Powalisz, President and CEO of Legends Business Group, announced the creation of a Credit Card Services Division and the hiring of a new Department Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the new division. The Credit Card Services Division and new position were created due to growing demand for the company's alternative billing method services.

Stan DeSilva of San Antonio, Texas has been appointed Department Manager of the newly created Credit Card Services Division. Mr. DeSilva will oversee the establishment and management of credit card processing as an alternative billing method to those either not suited to LEC (Local Exchange Carrier) billing or to clients seeking alternate payment choices. Mr. DeSilva will also serve as a liaison between Legends clients and billing clearing houses with some custodial responsibilities for accounts.

Mr. DeSilva's previous employment history includes various management positions at a national billing clearing house and over ten years at a national telecommunications provider. A 1992 graduate of Wheaton College, Mr. DeSilva's extensive background in compliance and systems management will aid him in devising and evaluating managing processes for effectively and efficiently securing credit card payments and merchant service issues.
