Section 8 - Other Events  

Item 8.01 Other Events. 

On August 3, 2020, Global Wholehealth Partners Corporation (the “Company”) received a Letter of Authorization from Healgen Scientific Limited which authorizes the Company to sell Healgen Scientific Limited’s SARS-COV-2 IgG/IgM Antibody Whole Blood, Serum and Plasma. As of May 29, 2020, Healgen Scientific Limited has received Emergency Use Authorization for the Healgen COVID-19 IgG/IgM rapid test cassette (WB/S/P) from the Food and Drug Administration.

The Letter of Authorization from Healgen Scientific Limited is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference.
