Shareholder Update     





The Campaign Matrix platform is in its final stages and I am
excited to share this personal experience with you.





Last night, about 9:30, I sat down with the new Campaign
Matrix platform to look for bugs and to test the functionality of the new
platform.  I had never actually
completed an affiliate marketing campaign, so I figured what better way to
experience the functionality of the platform than to give it a real time try.





These are the functions and steps that I experienced:





  1. I
    started by researching using the “spy tool” to find some keywords that
    could be used to promote products. 
    The spy tool allows you to look at existing keywords and current
    advertisements that are currently being used as they are found on internet
    search engines. 
  2. Once I
    found a market that I thought would do well, I used Campaign Matrix to
    search through many different affiliate offers and find the best offer
    where I could utilize the keywords that I found in step 1.  Commission Junction had the best offer.
  3. Next,
    I used the keyword expander to create variations of the keywords that
    could be potentially searched.
  4. I then
    created a simple 4 line advertisement and researched the cost associated
    with getting the newly created ad displayed in search engines.  (See below)
  5. I
    created a small media buy and set my maximum pay per click at .25 and my
    daily budget at $100.00.
  6. Just
    before 10:00 pm, the ad went live.





The total creation of this
campaign took less than 30 minutes to complete.  I did not use all of the functionality of Campaign Matrix as I
just wanted to do a quick test.





This ad ran overnight and when I
logged in this morning, I found that my small test campaign had the
advertisement displayed 923 times and it cost me 71 cents to obtain 3 click
throughs, resulting in commissions in the amount of $23.75.  Yes, that is correct, I spent a total of 71
cents on this campaign and the commissions were $23.75. 





This was my first test of the
Campaign Matrix and trying the affiliate platform.  I am happy to report that it did a great job of finding an under
exposed market where I was able to create many variations of keywords to keep
the cost per click very low and then created the advertisement that converted
to a sale and a commission.





There are many new functions
within Campaign Matrix that I did not use and will not report on until the
official launch as we don’t want our competitors to see all that we are
creating.





We are putting the final touches
on the platform as well as creating the front end sales website.  We are also working on the ad copy, the
sales funnel, the support side, and many other moving parts prior to the
official launch.
