American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) (www.americangreengroup.com) announced today that it is close to having an agreement with a new overseas distributor who is working with the ministry of a foreign country to supply it with Infinite R.

The new overseas distributor for Infinite R has been working closely with the ministry of this country since July 2009 to put this transaction together, with the management and technical support of American Green Group. The ministry has been doing their own independent study of Infinite R across variant temperatures in various applications, and is close to signing a formal agreement with the distributor for the use of Infinite R.

American Green Group will place a new splash page on its Paradigm Polymers' website informing people to check for a new website dealing solely with Infinite R. American Green Group has made Infinite R its future and is focusing 100% of its energy to see that the product gets to market.
